ConnectWise integration

The first RuleCerta connector. Read-only and least-privilege.

Status: ConnectWise PSA is a supported read-only connector. RuleCerta inventories authorized workflow configuration, performs deterministic analysis, and produces findings, evidence, history, comparison, and professional reports. Each customer authorizes their own ConnectWise environment.

RuleCerta supports integration with ConnectWise PSA.

What RuleCerta does

RuleCerta is a read-only audit product. It reads workflow configuration, normalises it, runs deterministic structural checks, and produces findings, evidence, relationships, history, comparison, and a professional PDF report. It does not modify ConnectWise.

Why ConnectWise access is required

Least-privilege read access is required so RuleCerta can inventory workflow rules.

What it reads

Exact coverage depends on what the authorized connected environment exposes through supported ConnectWise PSA APIs.

  • Workflow rules and their enabled state
  • Events returned by ConnectWise PSA APIs (where present)
  • Actions returned by ConnectWise PSA APIs (where present)
  • Read-only auditing with deterministic analysis and verified integration testing

What it never does

No rule creation, edit, disable or deletion. There is no write path in the connector and no automatic remediation anywhere in the product.
