Terms of Service

RuleCerta inventories workflow configuration through customer-authorized connectors, runs deterministic structural analysis, presents findings with evidence, supports history and comparison, and can export professional reports.

The service is read-only. RuleCerta does not create, edit, disable, or delete rules in ConnectWise PSA or any other connected system.

RuleCerta is intended for business and professional use in connection with the customer's operational environments.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting only authorized workspace members.

You must ensure you have authority to connect environments and to allow RuleCerta to read the configuration you select.

Connectors require least-privilege read credentials that you supply. Secrets are stored encrypted server-side and are not returned to the browser.

You remain responsible for the credentials and access you authorize. RuleCerta processes only the configuration needed to provide the service you request.

Customer data in workspaces remains customer-controlled subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. RuleCerta does not claim ownership of your workflow configuration.

RuleCerta software, engines, UI, documentation, and brand assets remain the property of Mohammad Abu Khshait as operator of RuleCerta. These Terms grant a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the software.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the RuleCerta engine except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, upload malware, or use RuleCerta to violate law or third-party rights.

Do not submit secrets, passwords, or unrelated personal data in support tickets or emails beyond what is needed to resolve a request.

Findings and reports are based on deterministic structural analysis of frozen audit input. They are tools for review and do not invent severity or risk scores.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, RuleCerta is provided on an as-available basis. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the process described on the Data Deletion page.

Plan prices and entitlements are described in the commercial catalog, including included audits, professional reports, environment and member limits, and related capacity.

Charges apply according to the plan selected. Included audits and professional report rights are usage entitlements under the selected plan.

If a technical failure prevents an audit from completing, the affected included-audit entitlement is restored so the audit can be retried.

ConnectWise PSA is the first supported connector. RuleCerta is an independent product and is not affiliated with, partnered with, certified by, or endorsed by ConnectWise, LLC. ConnectWise and ConnectWise PSA are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification of compatibility only.

The RuleCerta service is operated by Mohammad Abu Khshait.
